Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously spritz a bundt pan with cooking spray.
Remove biscuits from the can and cut into quarters.
Place sugar and cinnamon in a large plastic zipper bag. Add the quartered biscuit pieces to the bag, seal, and shake to coat.
Once all the biscuit pieces are thoroughly coated, transfer the pieces to the prepped bundt pan.
Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the biscuit pieces and place the bundt pan in the oven.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside to rest for 10 minutes.
Carefully invert the bundt pan over a large plate and serve.
