Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until the mixture turns pale, thick, and silky. Set aside.
- In your serving cup, combine hot black coffee and warm milk. Stir gently to blend.
- Spoon or pour the egg mixture over the coffee-milk base. It should float slightly, creating a creamy layer on top.
- Dust with a light coating of cinnamon for that warm holiday aroma. Serve immediately while it’s still hot and frothy.
