• Prepare serving glasses 1-3 hours ahead of serving time and allow them to set up firm.
  • Frosting Rim:
  • In a large mixing bowl cream butter, add 1/2 cup powdered sugar; mix.
  • Add Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk and remaining powdered sugar; mix.
  • Fill frosting bag with #12 open star tip, pipe frosting zig-zag back and forth along the rim of serving glasses.
  • Add sprinkles to frosting on each glass one at a time so that they easily stick.
  • Vanilla Cupcake Cocktail:
  • In a shaker add Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, madagascar vanilla vodka, pralines & cream liquor, and vanilla; shake well.
  • Divide between glasses and fill to rim with sparkling water.
  • Add a pinch of sprinkles onto the top of each cocktail and enjoy!
  • **To serve as a mocktail: replace alcohol with cream soda and 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream. Adjust sweetness of flavor with sparkling soda water, as desired.**
