Ingredients

 

  • 1 can Pumpkin purée
  • 1 box Yellow cake mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (1 tsp for the cake, 1 tsp for the milk mixture)
  • 1 can (12oz) Evaporated milk
  • 1 can (14oz) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting (1 tub storebought OR homemade)
  • Cinnamon to finish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water and spices and whisk until combined.
  • Pour into a 6×9 baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
  • In separate bowl, whisk together the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Once the cake cools, poke holes and slowly pour the milk mixture over it.
  • Chill for 3–5 hours, frost, and dust with cinnamon before serving.
