Whip the softened butter for 1-2 minutes until fluffy.
Add in the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, and pinch of salt. Whip for another 1-2 minutes until everything is combined and the butter is light and fluffy.
Spread butter in an even layer onto a ceramic, glass, or marble board.
Optional: Once the butter is spread, top with more pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin seeds
Dipping ideas: Biscotti, mini chocolate chip bagels, pretzel bites, bagel chips.
*Note: Make sure your butter is completely softened. If the butter is too cold, it will not whip properly and your butter may curdle when you add in the pumpkin puree.
