Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
• ½ cup pistachio butter or paste (store-bought or homemade)
• ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
• ⅓ cup pistachios, chopped (optional, for crunch)

Instructions

1. BEAT heavy cream in large bowl until stiff peaks form.
2. MIX sweetened condensed milk and pistachio butter until combined.
3. COMBINE pistachio flavored condensed milk into the bowl with the whipped cream. Fold/lightly mix until the mixture is fully incorporated. (Do not whip the ingredients into the heavy cream, fold gently to ensure you do not lose the air in the whipped cream and you get a light, fluffy ice cream).
4. FOLD the chocolate chips and pistachios into ice cream base.
5. POUR into freezer container and sprinkle with additional Pistachios across the top.
6. COVER and freeze 6 hours or until firm.
