Instructions
- Fill a highball glass half way with ice.
 - Add coffee liqueur, vodka and peppermint extract
 - In a shaker add heavy cream and condensed milk.
 - Cover and shake until blended.
 - Pour into the glass.
 - Garnish with candy cane and rosemary.
