6 cups of whole milk

1½ cups of heavy cream

12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips

14 oz can of Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 tsp peppermint extract

1 tsp of vanilla bean paste



  • Into a slow cooker add in the milk followed by the heavy cream.
  • Pour in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Pour in the sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract and vanilla bean paste.
  • Set the slow cooker to Low and cook for 2 hours. After 2 hours, whisk vigorously for 30-40 seconds.
  • Serve into mugs with marshmallows and enjoy!
