- Into a slow cooker add in the milk followed by the heavy cream.
- Pour in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract and vanilla bean paste.
- Set the slow cooker to Low and cook for 2 hours. After 2 hours, whisk vigorously for 30-40 seconds.
- Serve into mugs with marshmallows and enjoy!
