Instructions
- In a pan on medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Stir constantly until the chips are melted and fully incorporated into the sweetened condensed milk.
- Remove from heat and mix in peppermint extract.
- Pour into 8×8 dish with parchment paper on the bottom for easy serving.
- Top with crushed candy canes and refrigerate for around an hour before slicing and serving.
- TIP: Instead of melting the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a pan on the stovetop, combine in a microwave-safe glass bowl and microwave for 20-30 second increments. Stir in-between to ensure the chips are melting and incorporating into the sweetened condensed milk.
