Ingredients

Overnight Oats Base:  

1 cup old fashioned oats 

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (soy milk or regular milk will work too) 

2 tablespoons Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk 

 

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Overnight Oats: 

3 tablespoons raisins (plus a few extra for garnishing) 

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

1-2 tablespoons Greek yogurt 

Oatmeal raisin cookies as garnish (optional) 

 

Apple Pie Overnight Oats: 

1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice

1/3 cup apple pie filling 

1-2 tablespoons Greek yogurt 

1-2 tablespoons chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) 

Apple slices for garnish (optional) 

 

Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats:

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 

1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree 

1-2 tablespoons Greek yogurt 

1-2 tablespoons pepitas 

Instructions

To make the overnight oat base, place oats, almond milk, and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl, and stir to combine. 

 

Oatmeal Cookie Overnight Oats:

Add the raisins and cinnamon to the overnight oat base, and stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to a jar, glass, or container, cover, and refrigerate overnight or until the oats have softened. When ready to serve, garnish the oats with a dollop of yogurt, extra raisins, and either crumbled oatmeal raisin cookies or whole cookies (optional). 

 

Apple Pie Overnight Oats:

Season the oat base with apple pie spice and stir to combine. Spoon the apple pie filling into the bottom of a jar, glass, or container and top with the oat mixture. Cover, and refrigerate overnight or until the oats have softened. When ready to serve, garnish the oats with a dollop of yogurt, some chopped nuts, and apple slices (optional). 

 

Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats:

Season the oat base with pumpkin pie spice and stir to combine. Spoon the pumpkin puree into the bottom of a jar, glass, or container and top with the oat mixture. Cover, and refrigerate overnight or until the oats have softened. When ready to serve, garnish the oats with a dollop of yogurt and pepitas.
