No-Bake Red, White, and Blue Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs​

¼ cup melted butter​

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened​

1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened
condensed milk​

1 teaspoon vanilla extract​

1 tablespoon lemon juice​

1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced (for red
layer)​

1 cup Fresh blueberries (for blue layer)​

Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

​Make the Crust​

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Set aside.​

Make the Cheesecake Filling​

Beat cream cheese until smooth.​

Add condensed milk, vanilla, and lemon juice (if using). Beat until
creamy.​

Layer the Cups​

Bottom Layer: Press about 2 tablespoons into the bottom of each
cup.​

Next Layer: Cheesecake filling​

Next Layer: Strawberry slices and blueberries​

Next Layer: Add another few spoonfuls of cheesecake filling​

Next Layer: Strawberry slices and blueberries​

Top: Add a final dollop of cheesecake filling or whipped cream
(optional).​

Chill and Serve​

Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight).
