Instructions
Make the Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Set aside.
Make the Cheesecake Filling
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add condensed milk, vanilla, and lemon juice (if using). Beat until
creamy.
Layer the Cups
Bottom Layer: Press about 2 tablespoons into the bottom of each
cup.
Next Layer: Cheesecake filling
Next Layer: Strawberry slices and blueberries
Next Layer: Add another few spoonfuls of cheesecake filling
Next Layer: Strawberry slices and blueberries
Top: Add a final dollop of cheesecake filling or whipped cream
(optional).
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight).
