Ingredients

  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 package lady fingers
  • 1 bag of freeze dried raspberries

Instructions

  • Start by dunking lady fingers in raspberry sauce to infuse them with rich flavors.
  • Layer them with creamy lemon curd made from mascarpone, whipped cream, and sweetened condensed milk, which gives the dessert an almost ice cream-like flavor.
  • Once you’ve assembled your layers, finish off your tiramisu with a sprinkle of freeze-dried raspberries for a whimsical touch.
  • After assembling, simply let it set in the fridge overnight. This means you can prepare it ahead of time.
