Instructions
- Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper & set aside
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and microwave in 30 second increments until chocolate chips are fully melted and incorporated. Mix in the peppermint extract and spread mixture into baking dish, set aside.
- In a separate microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips with 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and microwave in 30 second increments until chocolate chips are fully melted and incorporated. Mix in the vanilla extract and spread mixture into baking dish on top of the 1st
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top and allow to chill for 1 hour.
