1-6 oz premade graham cracker crust

1- 14 oz can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk

½ cup key lime juice

3 eggs

1- 8 oz Cool Whip


Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and egg yolks and whisk until mixture is smooth. 

Pour into pre-made graham cracker crust. Bake for 20 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for about 20-30 minutes. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 3 hours. 

Top with Cool Whip when ready to serve.
