Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Into a stand mixer with the paddle attachment cream butter and sugar together.
  • Pour in the sweetened condensed milk.
  • With the mixer on Low speed slowly add the flour along with a pinch of salt.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Take out a large sheet pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop out the dough and place them onto the baking sheet, leaving roughly 2 inches between each cookie. Flatten the cookies a bit with your fingers.
  • Place the cookies into the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
  • After 15 minutes place the cookies into the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on a cooling rack before enjoying them.
