• 12 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1- 14 oz can Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup – 1/2 cup whole milk (depending on your preferred consistency)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter


  • Combine chopped semi-sweet chocolate, Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, whole milk, and vanilla extract in a saucepan or fondue pot. Heat everything slowly at a low temperature, stirring regularly.
  • When everything is just about melted together, add in the tablespoon of butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the fondue is smooth and glossy.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy with fresh fruit, graham crackers, pretzels, or whatever else you want to dip in the chocolaty goodness! You can transfer the fondue from the saucepan to a small crockpot if you need to keep it warm for a bit of time while you enjoy it!
