2 tbsp milk

1/4 cup self rising flour

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup of Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk


In a small bowl, combine the milk, self rising flour, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder. Mix together, then pour into your favorite mug.

Place the mug into the microwave on High for 30 seconds. Then cook again for 15 seconds, about 2-3 more times, until a toothpick comes out clean when you insert it into the cake.

Place any heart shaped object that will fit into the mug, and then dust around it with powdered sugar to expose the heart.

*Bakers Tip:

If you’d like to use the full amount (14oz) of Sweetened Condensed Milk- 7x the recipe. A 14oz serving of our sweetened condensed milk will yield up to 7 mug cakes!

Cake batter can be stored in fridge, air-sealed for 2-3 days.
