Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate hazelnut spread in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-40 second intervals, stirring after each one. Repeat until the chocolate chips are completely melted.
Add in the vanilla extract and mix until everything is completely combined. Mix in the chopped hazelnuts.
Add your fudge mixture to the prepared pan and press it down evenly. Top with more chopped hazelnuts, if desired.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until completely chilled. Remove from the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!
