Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup apple pie filling (chopped smaller if chunky)
  • Whipped topping
  • Caramel sauce
  • Extra crushed crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix crumbs with butter; spoon into mini cups.
  • Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, and cinnamon.
  • Layer cheesecake, apple filling, and whipped topping.
  • Drizzle with caramel and sprinkle crumbs.
  • Chill for 1 hour or serve immediately.
