1 package yellow cake mix
1 can pumpkin puree, (15 oz)
1 can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, (14 oz)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoon maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pumpkin, condensed milk and eggs until well blended and a smooth batter is formed. Spread evenly into a greased Bundt baking pan.
Bake 55-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
Combine sugar and maple syrup and drizzle over the cake.
If desired garnish with toasted walnuts.
