Ingredients

  • 2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup strawberry preserves

Instructions

  • HEAT oven to 375°F. Combine wafer crumbs, sugar and butter in medium bowl; press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  • BAKE 8 minutes. Cool.
  • REDUCE oven temperature to 300°F. Beat cream cheese until fluffy in large bowl. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well.
  • SPREAD preserves evenly over partially baked crust. Pour cream cheese mixture over preserves.
  • BAKE 45 to 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
