- Bake a premade pack of buttermilk biscuits according to package instructions and allow to cool completely.
- Slice the strawberries and place them into a medium-sized bowl. Sprinkle the granulated sugar over the strawberries, stir, and place in the fridge to rest until you’re ready to put together the shortcakes.
- Whip the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until you have a whipped cream consistency, about 4-5 minutes. For sweeter whipped cream, add up to ½ cup of sweetened condensed milk.
- To assemble, cut the biscuits in half. Spoon on a big dollop of whipped cream on the bottom biscuit. Spoon on a big spoonful of strawberries. Top with the other biscuit half. Top that with more whipped cream. Repeat for all of the shortcakes. Enjoy!
