Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 2 TBSP Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 TBSP pecan butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice
  • Maple syrup for topping

Instructions

In a glass jar whisk together sweetened condensed milk, milk of choice, pecan butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Top the mixture with ice then pour over espresso and stir well to combine. Drizzle with a little maple syrup and enjoy!
