Ingredients

  • 5 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cup (1 pt.) half-and-half
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • BEAT chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ice cream freezer container.
  • FREEZE according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  • REFRIGERATOR-FREEZER METHOD
  • OMIT half-and-half. Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Beat chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
  • VARIATIONS
  • FUDGY CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM: OMIT marshmallows and peanuts. Proceed as above.
  • FUDGY CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM: OMIT marshmallows and peanuts. Add 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Proceed as above.
