Candy Clusters Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
• 1 stick packet of powdered drink mix (we used sugar free cherry)
• 1 cup of your favorite candy clusters

Instructions

1. BEAT heavy cream in large bowl until stiff peaks form.
2. MIX powdered drink mix with the sweetened condensed milk until combined.
3. COMBINE flavored condensed milk into the bowl with the whipped cream. Fold/lightly mix until the mixture is fully incorporated. (Do not whip the ingredients into the heavy cream, fold gently to ensure you do not lose the air in the whipped cream and you get a light, fluffy ice cream).
4. FOLD the candy clusters into the ice cream base.
5. POUR into freezer container and sprinkle additional clusters across the top.
6. COVER and freeze 6 hours or until firm.
