Ingredients

  • CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 6 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • FILLING
  • 3 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, or 8 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • HEAT oven to 300ºF. Combine wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa and butter in medium bowl. Press firmly onto bottom and 1/2 inch up side of ungreased 9-inch springform pan.
  • BEAT cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
  • BAKE 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Garnish as desired.
