I followed the recipe to the "T" but the brownie were too hard--could hardly cut through to make bars- had to use a sharp knife. Do not cook brownies for 25 minutes- you should cook it for 15 minutes than add the cream cheese mixture. To Eagle Brand-- you need to retest this recipe.
