Chocolate Maple Nut Bar

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup cold butter
  • 2 large eggs, divided
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons maple flavoring
  • 2 cups chopped nuts
  • 1 cup (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  • COMBINE flour, sugar and salt in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 1 beaten egg. Press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • BAKE 25 minutes.
  • BEAT sweetened condensed milk, remaining egg and maple flavoring in medium bowl; stir in nuts. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over prepared crust. Top with nut mixture.
  • BAKE an additional 25 minutes or until golden. Cool; cut into bars.
