Golden Snacking Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups roasted almonds or cashews
  • 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup banana chips
  • 1 cup raisins or dried cranberries

Instructions

  • HEAT oven to 300ºF. Line 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan or baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • COMBINE all ingredients except banana chips and raisins in large bowl; mix well. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
  • BAKE 55 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in banana chips, if desired, and raisins. Cool completely.
