Ingredients
2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 1/2 cups roasted almonds or cashews
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 (14 oz.) can
Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup
Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
1 cup banana chips
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
Instructions
HEAT oven to 300ºF. Line 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan or baking sheet with aluminum foil.
COMBINE all ingredients except banana chips and raisins in large bowl; mix well. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
BAKE 55 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in banana chips, if desired, and raisins. Cool completely.
