Chocolate Truffle Pie

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup water
3 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened or semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
1 (14 oz.) can
Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups (1 pt.) heavy cream, whipped
1 (6 oz.) prepared chocolate crumb pie crust
SPRINKLE gelatin over water in small saucepan. Let stand 1 minute. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Cool.
BEAT chocolate with sweetened condensed milk in large bowl until smooth. Stir in gelatin mixture and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared crust.
CHILL 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired.
