Chocolate Truffle Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened or semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (1 pt.) heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 (6 oz.) prepared chocolate crumb pie crust

Instructions

  • SPRINKLE gelatin over water in small saucepan. Let stand 1 minute. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Cool.
  • BEAT chocolate with sweetened condensed milk in large bowl until smooth. Stir in gelatin mixture and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared crust.
  • CHILL 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired.
