Nutty Chocolate Bars

Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 cups (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
2 cups biscuit baking mix
1 (14 oz.) can
Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 to 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan generously with no-stick cooking spray.
MELT 1 cup chocolate chips with butter in large saucepan over low heat; remove from heat. Add biscuit mix, sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in nuts and remaining 1 cup chips. Turn into prepared pan.
BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of pan. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
