Instructions
- Combine two ounces of Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk with one teaspoon of cocoa powder in a tall glass.
- Add a touch of soda water and stir ingredients together.
- Once contents are fully integrated, add another touch of soda water and enjoy!
